- As the roof is also a Common Area, you will need to secure written approval from the Board of Directors before you put anything on the roof. - I'm selling my unit. What do I need from the Association and what do they need from me?
- You are likely going to need a paid assessment letter and waiving of right of first refusal from the association as well as a certificate of the Association's insurance naming your buyer's lender as an additional insured. Once you have a signed contract for the sale of your home, you will need to submit this to Groebe's Closing Department at the above mentioned address or fax so that we may prepare the assessment letter which also waives the right of first refusal. You will need to obtain a certificate of insurance from the Association's insurance agent. Our Closing Department can supply this information.
