Attorneys & Accountants

  • Attorneys and accountants are recommended who specialize in Association representation with experience that will enhance the performance of the Board
  • Management works with the Board's attorney and accountant to not only review and revise existing rules, regulations and procedures, but to suggest improvement

Service Contractors

  • All services are examined with a view to the quality and commitment of the vendors hired by the Association
  • New contractors are recommended in areas of substandard service or where implementation of additional services are required
  • Rosters are maintained to provide the Board with choices in selection of services

Engineering & Consultants

  • Management recommends that Associations employ an independent engineer or consultant for large scale improvements or replacement to insurer the optimum performance specifications and project completion
  • Assist the Board with Regional comparisons of quality and value so that the Associations' property values remain completion in the market place
  • Works along with the engineers, consultants and contractors on major projects or assure compliance with performance standards

Realtors & Appraisers

  • Recognize the importance of local and regional experts in marketing and evaluating condominium, townhomes and cooperatives
  • Inform Realtors and appraisers of the features and benefits of the association and the lifestyles provided by this community living
  • Assist these professionals in the real estate sale and purchase transactions for the benefit of the owners in the Associations

Financial Advisors

  • Building adequate reserves for future replacement of all major assets requires competent financial advice
  • Invest with only fiscally responsible institutions knowledgeable in the fiduciary duties of the Board
  • Strategic planning of resource allocation and timing of liquidity to assure adequate funding of Association projects and operations

MSD & Army Corp of Engineers

  • Metropolitan Sanitary District and the Army Corp. of Engineers will oversee and control certain aspects of wetland, flood plains, floodways and lakes, creeks and rivers
  • Management is experienced in working with these departments of the government, as well as local and regional land-use planners
  • Associations are kept advised on their rights and responsibilities respecting the obligations of environmentally appropriate land use
