Leadership Seminars

• Association leadership is invited to attend periodic leadership Seminars on important topics affecting Board decision making
• Selected topics include: Maintenance of asphalt parking lots Roof repair and replacement, Reserve studies and replacement accounts, Satellite installation, Legislation and legal updates and Parliamentary procedures
• Exhibitions and discussions by regional vendors on specialized services and products

National Designations

• All representatives are involved in training and education programs and classes that are Nationally approved and certified for Association management
• More than property management, representatives and staff are qualified in community Association leadership and common interest organizations

CAI, PCAM, ACHTA, IREM & CCIM

• Multiple national and regional educational organizations specialize in Association management training and education
• From maintenance to finance, administration to communication, collections to Declaration amendment, continuous education is mandatory

Illinois Legislation

• Continuous monitoring of proposed changes in local, regional and state legislation
• Analysis of impact on Association's rules and regulations to determine amendment alterations, if needed
• Work with Lobbying groups that support laws that are beneficial to Associations and owners of residential units

Speaker Engagement

• Arrange for special presentations to Boards and owners on topics of interest and concern to the Association
• Encourage owner, committee and Board participation at special events that educate or inform leadership

Local Ordinances

• Notify the Board of upcoming local events or meetings that may affect the rights of the association
• Assist the Association in tailoring local laws to reflect their concerns of the Association
• Work with local office holders in informing them about the value of the Association to the community at large
