Meetings and Elections
Communications of Information- Communicate annual elections to all owners with specific details on the procedure to exercise the owner's right to vote
- A Nominating committee may be appointed to select qualified candidates to run for open offices and positions
- Inform owners of the location, time and agenda of meetings
Newsletters & Memos- Assist committees with newsletters and memorandums to owners
- Suggest articles and topics of interest or importance for inclusions in the correspondence to owners
- Write information pieces on management activities and Association projects for the newsletter
Reports & Projects- Various reports are submitted to the Board on a monthly basis to supplement meeting materials
- Projects are monitored regularly and their status is reported to the committee in charge and the Board
- Assistance with special projects research issues and evaluate undertakings
Owner's Lists & Packets- Complete owner's information is maintained in addition to Board, committee and vendor lists
- Specialized information and material packets can be developed for new owners, board members and committees
- Public Relations brochures can be produced on the features of the complex
