On-Site Staffing

Personnel Team

  • Direct assignment of an experienced representative to work with the Board, committee and owners on each Association
  • Support team staffing for each representative in the clerical, administrative and accounting areas
  • Regularly schedule sessions by supervisor with support staff to analyze action items, projects and concerns

Position Descriptions

  • Positions are detailed to specific responsibilities that correlate to the Association's requirements
  • Interviews and training of prospective Representative with Association participation to determine the optimal relationshi

Compensation & Benefits

  • Budgetary restrictions are reviewed and discussed with the Board to establish the requisites of the on-site position
  • Determination of the combination of salary and benefits that will attract the best qualified person
  • Preparation of a draft employment agreement with appropriate riders to accommodate the desires of the Board and the requests of the employee

Schedules & Vacations

  • Creation of daily schedules that include night and weekend hours as required by the Board
  • Provide for replacement and back-up personnel in the event of vacations, sick and personal days and emergencies

On-Site Training

  • Periodic training sessions for on-site personnel to assure competence in processed, procedures and equipment
  • Review and upgrading of facilities' equipment for changes in Association needs and requirements

Committee Liaison

  • Recommend a Committee Liaison work with management to assist in the supervision and analysis of the on-site personnel
  • Make regular reports to the Board on the operation and responsibilities of the on-site staff
